RasCustomDialDlg is not getting called when Internet Explorer is launched or when Windows Mail is launched. The RasPhone.pbk file has been set to call the correct .dll. If UAP has been disabled, or if Run as Admin is used, everything works.
This is an intermittent problem.
If this a problem with the Permissions?
